S: Vs 2: This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Vs 5: Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the
hearing of faith?
O: Paul is frustrated with the Galatians. He asking them to examine they spiritual lives. Are they still living their lives in the Spirit or
are they living in the flesh relying on their works? He is reminding them of the God who supplies the Spirit and the One who has worked
the miracles around them.
A. It is good for me to examine my own spiritual life. I really need to do this much more than I have been. Also is good to remind myself
of all the LORD Jesus has done for me and the miracles around me. My faith needs to be in Him and Him that lives in me.
P: LORD, I am thankful for Your patience with me. I know just doing the right thing is not enough. I must have faith and live it... My
faith must be in You and Your spirit that lives in me. Help me to examine my spiritual life be honest with myself and
be faithful to You. Amen
